Another Monaco Yacht Show has drawn to a close. The 2018 edition, which was held from September 26th – 29th in Port Hercules, was a great success. Visitors from around the world, a mix of industry players and qualified clients, descended on the tiny Mediterranean principality to discover the finest superyachts for sale on the market. There were over 120 yachts on display in the show, including 40 world premieres, and countless more at anchor. Each of those yachts had their own story to tell and attracted a steady stream of potential new owners.
One of our favorites was presented by Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Monaco-based brokerage, Worth Avenue Yachts:
Delivered in 2009, M/Y Moliver is a stunning 37m Sunseeker yacht for sale with proven charter pedigree, thanks to her large interior volume and professional, experienced crew. Her tri-deck layout allows for generous exterior areas, and her interior design is elegant and sophisticated with light-colored soft goods to complement the dark satin walnut finished wood. She can accommodate 11 guests in five staterooms, including a full beam Owner’s suite with en suite head and sauna. In May 2018 the yacht completed her ten-year class survey, as well as a top deck teak upgrade, a hull repaint, and a full service of all systems and machinery. She is presented to the market in impeccable condition.
M/Y Moliver generated much interest at the Monaco Yacht Show 2018, with brokers and clients alike enthusiastic about her massive interior volume. “We heard many comments about how spacious she is for a 37m yacht. She boasts the interior volume equivalent to a 45m yacht,” comments the yacht’s Central Agent, Worth Avenue Yachts.
“Many were also impressed with how pristine her condition is and how clean every aspect of her is. The new hull paint, in the color Moondust, was also a talking point; especially with industry professionals who remembered the yacht from when the hull was brown. This color is different, so it really catches one’s eye and sets her apart from all the white-hulled boats,” the brokerage continues.
Worth Avenue Yachts’ Debbie Beere, the sales broker representing M/Y Moliver, believes that her proven track record on the charter market will appeal to an array of interested new owners. “This actual model, the tri-deck, is a hugely successful yacht and will be attractive for either a private owner or for charter. She offers an incredible volume and can sleep 11 guests.”
Debbie adds that the Monaco Yacht Show is a wonderful showcase to buy and sell yachts. “We like to see a good amount of people coming to tour the yacht and, of course, you can do so many more viewings when you are participating in a show like this, with a big international presence and a lot of Americans and other foreign clients in attendance.”
While the yacht horns have sounded to signal the end of the Monaco Yacht Show for another year, private viewings of M/Y Moliver can still be arranged for interested parties. She is on the market for €7,495,000. Contact Worth Avenue Yachts for further inquiries.
